We’re continuing with our teaching series that’s called “The Call Of God.” This is Lesson Eight and it’s called “The Ministry Of Helps.” The "Ministry of Helps" is a foundational, supernaturally anointed gift within the Church, rooted biblically in passages like 1 Corinthians 12:28, Numbers 11:10-17, and Acts 6:2–3. Functioning as a vital support system, it empowers believers to serve under their pastor's leadership by carrying practical operational burdens, keeping the Body of Christ unified, inter-dependent, and spiritually mature. Just as Jesus's disciples engaged in practical tasks—such as feeding crowds, managing transportation, and preparing meals—modern Helps ministers serve in essential roles ranging from greeters, office workers, and cell group facilitators to food pantry staff, visitation teams, and facility maintenance. Ultimately, serving faithfully in these active, hands-on administrative and supportive roles is far from lowly; it is an anointed, indispensable calling that directly fosters the growth, outreach, and spiritual health of the entire congregation.
